  Added JTAC coordinate auto-entry. E.g. if your JTAC gives you coordinates like this:
  North 4 0 / 3 7 / 7 8 2
  East 0 2 1 / 0 3 / 3 8 8
  The plugin can reads the latest _log file, extracts the most recent coordinates, and enters them automatically.
  It will ignore entries older then 2 minutes. You can set the max time to ignor in the Config Form.
  BMS Debug MUST be on for this to work.

  Example for usage: "enter new nav point 15" followed by "enter jtac position"

Update to 4.38 U1
Important: The plugin has been updated to use magnetic heading instead of true heading for ILS.
If you are using your own theater data, you will need to regenerate it so it matches the new magnetic‑based system.
The theaters KTO, ITO, and Balkans included in this version already use the updated data.
Hellas does not, so it must be regenerated manually by the user.
Updated Phrases categories in the Phrase Form.
